London Overground Rail – Case Study

London Overground Rail Operation Limited (LOROL) operates London Overground rail services on behalf of Transport for London (Tfl). The London Overground network links 23 of London’s 33 boroughs and Covers 104 miles.  In a typical week 520,000 passengers are carried.

LOROL were wanting a programme that helped train their on site staff to deal with conflict. As a practically minded work force they felt our learning complimented their style well and we used tailor written scenarios taken from real life examples, which were played out to groups of 15 at a time. The training was rolled out for a year and we have been asked to re-invigorate the training to follow on its success for existing teams and their new workforce from the East Anglian line expansion.
