Capability
Dramanon draws from an array of professional input. At the planning stage of any programme, our project manager acts as a liaison between Dramanon and our client. We then organise a small working group comprising the project manager and client contacts. This creative team then acts as the backbone for all creative input ranging from venue requirements to the design of the programme.

Working Together
Dramanon’s ethos is about working collaboratively. The first stage of the project will involve an initial planning meeting to organise dates and arrive at a working schedule. During this meeting we would also aim to secure as many case studies, ideas, and material for help with making the training as realistic and pertinent as possible. This is often achieved through email to avoid unnecessary meetings. Dramanon uses a key pool of highly talented training team and experienced actors. Dramanon continually evaluate their work at all stages of a project and liase with clients to maintain standards of service. Dramanon can also evaluate its own training and is happy to assess it’s impact. The process is usually started after a three-month period following the implementation of the training and is run as a series of e-interviews and focus groups.
Experience
Dramanon has been working for the last three years on the subject of Equality and Diversity for a number of both Public and Private sector clients. These include; Sutton Council, Kent County Council, Medway Council, Hillingdon Council, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, The Metropolitan Police, Foreign Office, Greenwich Council, Kent Fire Service, DTZ, Valleys to Coast, Boots Retail, Surrey Council, Merton Council and Shell. This experience has provided out teams with the skills necessary to help our course attendees to take on board new training initiatives more efficiently by helping us adapt rapidly to individual learning styles within the training environment.
