Dramanon are a leading provider of drama based learning and corporate training in the UK.
The company has been in operation since 1995 and has built up an enviable client base, running our training programmes for many Police and Fire services, Councils and NHS Trusts within the public sector alongside professional companies, law firms, retailers, construction and pharmaceutical companies within the private sector.
Dramanon now offers an exciting range of products and services including role-play, forum theatre, assessment, evaluation, consultation, posters, training books, full online video and DVD production and distribution alongside conventional training and learning models.
We work at either a conference level or in the training or boardroom to create impact and engagement as well as passing on key learning.

Steve Brough
Steven, originally from Nottingham, is a Director and founder of Dramanon. As well as managing the business, he has overall artistic control. He also writes and develops programmes and scripts for a number of projects.
Mel Nicholson
Melanie is from Buckinghamshire. She is a Director and founder of Dramanon and has overall responsibility for developing new business. She now writes, devises programmes and markets for Dramanon.
