For Shell, we were asked to travel across the globe to bring leadership and diversity issues to life using both live and recorded scenarios.
We took our message from Brazil to the Philippines. We visited over 30 countries and gained a wealth of experience in working with different cultures.
It was important that our personnel were representative of the cultural diversity we were working with and this helped provide the punch to the training we delivered.
