Crossrail 2010-2011
We were asked by Crossrail Ltd to support the Supervisory workforce in acourse entitled, safety Leadership in Action.
We ran a large number of day workshops introducing Target Zero, an inspirational aim to reduce incidents and accidents across the project.
The courses were interactive and allowed the groups scope to practice somekey skills in a safe environment amongst peers.
The courses were always well attended and are still on-going.
